Drama Digest

Ookado Akiha, 27, who promises to remain single, receives a proposition to enter into a fictitious marriage from Momose Shuu, 30, who want to get the status of a married man for some reason. Their connection eventually transforms as they live together as a fictitious couple.

The Feel-Good Part

The characters’ characteristics and principles set this story distinct from the rest. The female protagonist is dedicated to her profession and does not see marriage as a priority in her future plans.

The Disappointing Factor

The male protagonist has a neurotypical personality. He thinks in an almost overly rational manner and is difficult to communicate with others.

In-Depth Analysis

Akiha Okada designer with Morita Design who is single. She enjoys being single and has no intention of marrying. She meets Shu Momose (Kentaro Sakaguchi) for the first time one day while drinking. She tells him she doesn’t want to get married while they drink together, but her grandmother does. Shu Momose then unexpectedly proposes to her. She rejects his marriage proposal because she finds him ludicrous. Shu Momose, on the other hand, is 30 years old and works for an advertising agency. He is a hard worker who is respected by his coworkers and clientele. He’s looking for someone to have a phoney marriage with for a specific reason. He proposed to Akiha Okada because of this. Akiha Okada’s grandmother’s restaurant is ready to go bankrupt. Akiha Okada accepts Shu Momose’s phoney marriage proposal on the condition that he lend her five million yen for her grandma. They quickly register their marriage and begin living together as husband and wife. Akiha Okada grows drawn to Shu Momose while living together, and she learns why Shu Momose intended to have a false marriage.

Star Power

Akiha is a charming and generous character. Sure, she was a little naive at times, but that was one of her many charms. The only nice thing about Momose at first was that he was attractive. Because of Momose’s cluelessness, idiocy, and ignorance, their sham marriage was at times extremely difficult to see. People might get perplexed as to why Akiha felt so strongly about him. However, the drama has some extremely funny and sweet parts, so you should enjoy it overall.

Overall Opinion

Honestly, would suggest this drama. It might be worth a shot if you enjoy contract marriages.
