Drama Digest

As this drama depicts the story of two long-lost brothers, the equal amount of thriller, drama, and suspense makes it entirely worth it. As it’s a novel-based movie, a lot of things are modified and presented in front of audiences. Those who like a mixture of drama and detective elements can go for this movie.

The Feel-Good Part

The drama and all the investigation process make this film interesting ongoing. It has brought out the perfect combination of curiosity drama and crime effect in the plot. The cases that are shown during the whole movie are framed perfectly. The unknown bond both the brothers felt among themselves despite the difference they have between themself offers their blood bonding. The entire mystery of the real hidden identity from each other makes the writer also restless. Although, it’s definitely for mystery, detective trope lovers. They will find it interesting as the whole crime scene is framed accurately.

The Disappointing Factor

It has a fair share of drama elements in it but its plot lacks that grip-holding element. As the story progresses you can see that it gets boring. The drama element sometimes seems too much, as well as the point of those cases or investigations, seems pointless. It looks like to show the reunion of two lost brothers, somehow they created the investigation and prosecutor aspect but by the end of the movie, they forget the primary genre.

In-Depth Analysis

The movie depicts the story of two brothers Kawakami Yusuke and Karasawa Masato, who were separated after their father died, who was wrongly accused of forcing someone during his investigation. As they both grow up, one becomes a prosecutor while the other one becomes a detective. The movie has a good and gripping start- the scenario of the crime, the investigation is exciting, but after the first one the plot starts to lose or get diverted from its central point, which kind of makes it less interesting. Still, it’s one time watchable if the chaos of all the drama is excluded and ending too.

Star Power

The impact of the plot was made by both actors’ performances only. As the story lacked the main point of the genre, yet the dialogue delivery and every scene were worth watching. It was like they were carrying the whole story on their back. All the supporting characters also did a great job.

Overall Opinion

This movie will interest those who like to watch the drama genre element of crime and investigation things. But it is just a one-time movie. Also, if you want to watch stuff based on acting, then you can surely go for it, but as for the plot, the starting is good, but as it progresses it will lose your interest.
