Drama Digest
Jiang Kan, a doctor of pharmacy, is uncommunicative and uninterested; Ding Liao Liao, a new writer and director of Jiangxia TV’s livelihood show, is passionate and upbeat. By happenstance, two people with polar opposite personalities ended up sharing a room. The two people who were involved in each other’s business and personal lives experienced a string of bizarre occurrences. Also, the two transformed their initial dislike for one another into understanding and openness to one another’s hearts. Along with them, their younger brother Ding Man and renowned anchor Lian Geyao live together and have a romantic relationship that began as a mutual crush. In their daily lives, two pairs of young men and women have produced numerous small and huge, lighthearted or tender and loving, stories. The four devoted characters will finally cooperate to overcome life’s challenges.
The Feel-Good Part
There are no misunderstandings, cheating, or unnecessary problems between the couples in this drama; it’s a sweet and short drama to binge in one day; it’s a short drama with only 12 episodes; the chemistry between the second couple is too good; I felt bad for the lead couple because they won’t get together until the final episode; other than that, I have no complaints about this drama; their acting was natural; no one feels like it’s a drama and everyone feels like it’s a real love story unfolding in front of our eyes.
The Disappointing Factor
Although I enjoyed the plot a lot and thought the second couple’s chemistry was particularly strong, I was let down when the primary couple’s romance was postponed until the final episode. Although it was a brief play, the writers missed to allow the leads enough time to develop their romance. We were unsatisfied with the last episode since there was so much push-pull behavior between them. As I am shy, I am unsure of how it feels. “Will finish it quickly, we don’t have to make any sense,” was the statement. The actors gave a pretty strong performance. The four key performers did an excellent job of engrossing us in the narrative. The author failed us. A cute tale is too bad.

Star Power
Zhang Chu Han, who plays Ding Liao Liao, and Zhang Kang Le, who plays Jiang Kan, form the main cast of the show and give notable performances. Lu Yu Xiao, who plays Lian Ge Yao, Roy Xie, who plays Ding Man, Mia Yu, who plays Shi Yang, and others who play supporting roles give good performances.
