Reunion: Escape from the Monstrous Snake is a side story movie released after the release of the television series Reunion: Sound of the Providence. It is a 2021 Chinese fantasy action film featuring a giant snake monster and man-eating plants on the way of Ji Chen, who plays Hei Yan Jing, as he travels to Cambodia. To rescue his former friend Gu Huai Sheng played by Peng Gao Sing, Hei Yan Jing goes deep into Cambodia’s dense forests and fights against strange insects and hidden things in an underground palace. Other popular names for the movie is Reunion: Snake Bone Buddha Shedding, Reunion: Snake Bone Buddha Moult, and Reunion: She Gu Fo Tui.
The Feel Good Part
It gives a good flow and structure t the series and a fresh break from watching the series for hours and hours. People involved have tried their best to make the movie look as authentic as possible. The hard work of the actors and people involved can be seen in this movie. Reunion can provide still able to unexpected twists given its genre, it will keep you hinged till the end.
The Disappointing Part
The animation of the monsters is not of the top quality and having watched adventures much, the plot might feel familiar and get boring for a few people. But if you are someone who enjoys adventures and monsters, you will enjoy this movie. In Jing, the film has one of the few characters from these films that will genuinely stick in my mind. Usually, the monsters are the stars: here, we get a hero with a large life and heart.

All the actors in the movies play their roles quite seriously, giving us an authentic act with natural expressions, I truly believe the actors have played quite an excellent role and given us a well-knit movie. Any time Jing is on screen, things seem to acquire additional energy.

The film has one of the few characters that will stick in your mind for a long time. If you enjoy adventure movies with a pinch of mystery, action, and animation Reunion is your go-to option. You will truly enjoy the movie; it is an amazing movie to watch whenever you feel the need to have the thrill of adventure.
