The whole story is very intriguing. The female lead disguised herself throughout the half part of the series. She was trying to get into the schools of the humans. The schools trained the students to use magical powers. The audience can get the ‘Harry Potter’ vibe throughout the show.
There are full of twists and turns in the show. The chemistry between the main leads is so good to watch. Their romance is cute and sweet. The scenes where they are together to develop their relationship are exciting. The fighting sequence is fascinating while using their magical powers in the fight. The OSTs are also ear-catching.
The Disappointing Factor:
The trust issue of the female lead can annoy the audience, she does not fully trust the male lead throughout the entire show. The miscommunication between them causes a lot of problems. There is some unnecessary plot that makes the show draggy sometimes.
In-Depth Analysis:
There are some cute moments between the lead couples. On the other hand, the action sequences, Wuxia parts are so good to watch.
Star Power:
The actors are excellent in the show. Xu Kai as a bad boy portrays the role very realistically. The female lead, Wu Jia Yi as Su You Lian, is perfect for the role. She puts 100% into the act of the character.
The other actors are fantastic in their parts. Zhou Jun Chao as Xiao Feng Ming did an outstanding performance.
