Manier times, artists lose their temper and end up doing something which costs them their careers. And actors have been seen rejecting or refusing awards because of several reasons. And present-day actors don't see awards as an upright medium to validate their hard work or performances.
1. Chen Daoming
Chen Daoming is a Chinese actor. On 26th April 1955, he was born in Tianjin, China. He argued with the organizing authorities. After which, he refused to accept the award and walked away from the award show.
2. Qian Feng
Qian Feng is a Chinese actor and host. He got accused of some serious allegations. And because of this, he didn't win the nominations.
3. Henry Huo
Henry Huo is a Chinese songwriter, singer, and actor. On 18th September 1990, he was born in Shanghai, China. He got caught up in the controversy between him and his girlfriend. It led to the dismissal of his name from the award recipient lists.
4. Wu Jing
Wu Jing is a Chinese actor and director. On 3rd April 1974, he was born in Beijing, China. He rejected an award because he was doubtful about the winner-selecting procedure.
5. Chen Kun
Chen Kun is a Chinese actor and singer. On 4th February 1976, he was born in China. He said no to an award because he had an ugly fight on the award night.
6. Liu Ye
Liu Ye is a Chinese actor and singer. On 23rd March 1978, he was born in Changchun, China. He rejected an award after he got into an argument with the managing committee of the show.
7. Huang Bo
Huang Bo is a Chinese actor, singer, and director. On 26th August 1974, he was born in Qingdao, China. He rejected an award because of some miscommunication of names in the show.
8. Zhang Zhehan
Zhang Zhehan is a Chinese actor and singer. On 11th May 1991, he was born in China. He was accused of not respecting his country's history. And it caused him to lose all his brand collaborations and nominations.
9. Tong Zhuo
Tong Zhuo is a Chinese actor, host, and singer. On May 20, 1994, he was born in China. He got caught up in legal matters after admitting fraud in China's national college entrance exam. After the revelation, he got banned from all the award shows.
10. Zhai Tianlin
Zhai Tianlin is a Chinese actor, host, and singer. On 15th February 1987, he was born in Qingdao, China. He was blamed for the academic misconduct which led to him losing all the awards and brand collaborations.
