Anime Digest

The story revolves around the year 2056 and is based on a city in the Yuan Jiang Su Jin area. One unfortunate day, a weird kind of disaster occurred on earth. It was a virus named RR that appeared from an unknown origin. The virus impacted the animals transforming them into giant, deadly monsters that attacked humans and lived on their flesh. This situation led to a massive decline in the human population which resulted in humans finally trying to get back what they lost. They built massive walls that guarded them against monsters and discovered new cities to live in. These conditions led humanity to uphold their power and to prepare for the battle against demons. They gathered their physical strength and started training. They excelled in martial arts, swords, etc. And the ones, who fought and excelled in it, were termed Warriors. Luo Feng wanted to be a part of these Warriors. He is the leading character in the story. Luo Feng was an ambitious young boy. He belonged to a low-income family and had a hard life growing up. He did not get much help from his parents and thus relied on his efforts. This gradually made him an independent and mature guy. He was about to give a college entrance exam, but a sudden monster attack made a turn of events for him.

The Feel-Good Part

The storyline is very fascinating and brings out several exciting things to discover. The anime also delivers good messages regarding the differentiation between the upper class and the lower class and how poor people have to strive to gain necessities.

The Disappointing Factor

The anime was great, besides a few minor flaws.

In-Depth Analysis

Luo Feng faces criticism from many people, but still manages to excel in his tasks. Zhang Haoboi was one of his first opponents who constantly tried to bring him down and get rid of him. But he successfully managed to become a warrior. He did enough training and had to undergo various tasks to become a warrior. At the end, he was finally known to be the person who helped his homeland. He fought along with other warriors against the monsters in order to attain justice.

Star Power

The characters were all unique in the show. Luo Feng was an admirable strong character. He did a great job bringing him up and fighting against the cruel. His character was also very relatable to the viewers. He portrays the essence of a poor person living in a modern society perfectly. Hence the audience ended up liking him genuinely.

Overall Opinion

The anime is excellent and has a perfect amount of humor, romance, action, and drama.
