The Feel Good part

It is a light-hearted, fun, no-brainer, fantasy movie. The rare practice of Chinese culture is revealed in the film. The film has realistic moves and action that captivates every viewer’s attention.

The Disappointing Factor

The movie is good for a one-time watch. While this movie doesn’t disappoint the viewer, the plot could have been more complex and it could have had a more intriguing and compelling ending. The gags also occasionally lacked naturalness.

In-Depth Analysis

This movie revolves around Li Xiu Yuan and the realization that his body has the soul of a white dragon living inside him and all the adventures that lead to his taking out.  This movie gives you the perfect Chinese vibes. The movie involves the typical good and evil story, leaving us with a message that no matter what, kindness always wins.  There are a lot of little takeaways from the movie. The VFX animation is spectacular to watch with the right soundtrack and music. The film is visually pleasing with a bit of drama, action, and laughter. The cinematography skills are strong and aesthetically pleasing. The scenes have captured the essence of Chinese locals and its streets in the best way possible. Star Power

The way the protagonist Li Xiu Yuan switches between two of his personalities throughout the movie is phenomenal. The antagonist Yin Ping Zhi played by Mou Feng Bin, and the supporting roles have performed well too.
