Kim Soo-Hyun is a South Korean screenwriter and novelist. She was born on 27 January 1943 in Cheongju-si, South Korea. Other names through which she’s known are Kim Soo-Hyeon and Kim Su- Hyun. Her parents are Kim Soon-Seok and Lee Jae-Soon. She completed her graduation with a degree in Korean Language and Literature from Korea University.
Famous shows written by her are Life is Beautiful(2010), A Thousand Days’ Promise(2011), My Kids Give Me a Headache(2012). The movies through which she got major recognization are The Trappings of Youth(1999), Mother(2009), Deer in the Snow Field. Popular novels written by Kim So-Hyun are Flower in Snow(1992), Wound(1989), Sand Castle(1989), That Last Winter(1988) and, Temptation(1982).
