Drama Digest
Seoyeon University’s campus life has been peaceful, entire campus flips upside down when an anonymous post flinches on the school’s online community. Posted by M, a strange individual, the whole school is abuzz with a trinket. Students eat out to excavate the reality and are determined to reveal the individuality of mysterious M. But the task is not so easy. Ma Joo Ah, a second-year student in the Business Administration department, is keen to disclose the identity of M. She is not at all interested in pursuing her dreams or any relationship, still, she has a powerful intention to solve the mystery. By her side is Joo’s oldest friend, Cha Min Ho, a second-year student in the Computer science department. Economics major Seo Ji Min and Business Administration central Park Ha Neul is with both the students. All four are determined to discover the fact behind M and end this mystery. On their journey to reveal the truth, the four friends find themselves in a tangle of morphing connections and sprouting fantasies. Discovering the identity of M has become more complicated with high emotions and a fluttering heart. Will they be able to solve the mystery of M will remain anonymous forever?
The Feel-good Part
The plot was intriguing and engaging considering the campus romance. It wasn’t typical university drama. The characters were also amazing. The story and storyline went with a good flow.

Few characters were frustrating and unlikeable. There were misunderstandings and miscommunications.
In-depth Analysis
Dear M is adapted from the web series “Love playlist.” The storyline is set on a college campus with two leading couples. The first couple was best friends, with a one-sided love triangle. The guy likes his female best friend, but the girl likes another way and who wants her back. The magnet couple is the second couple. There arrives a mysterious man with the identity “Dear M.” There has a post on the school community that he likes someone in the Photography and Appreciation class. This created suspense among the students that what is the true identity of M. Four people form a group to uncover M.
Star Power
The cast was fabulous at their side. They maintained the suspense part. Few characters were not written in detail, but whatever was written was done with perfection. The female lead was just tremendous with her role.
Overall Opinion
It is a nice and fluffy drama with little bit of seriousness sometimes. Overall it is a light drama for refreshing your mind.
