The Feel-Good Part

A beautiful symmetry can be seen throughout the show. The story is well-paced with beautiful ending. This drama had a unique premise. The characters are flawed, but they felt realistic. While the main idea of this drama is dying, the comic moments are like a cherry on the cake it doesn’t stray away from the overall show. The cinematography is outstanding with striking framing and beautiful lightning.

The Disappointing Factor

The story has some slight shortcomings that do not ruin the show. The main characters are unabashed that can be misunderstood. The production and execution were not excellent but was okay.

In-Depth Analysis

The show deals with heavy themes, exploring various viewpoints. The drama focuses on a romance that is fresh and interesting. This show brings two opposing personalities together. The plot is a perfect balance of action, romance, and comic. They have developed deep bonds with the characters and it maintains suspense and enjoyment in the audience. The storyline follows the cases  founded in the Chinese prosecutor’s office that have oppressed views of life. The inner narratives are unfiltered. The societal piece is natural and rarely depicted. But the script is taken from an unexpected angle. The opening theme, narrations and inner monologues show a dark comedy of two individuals. The male lead is an antisocial and the female lead is a  conwoman. The chemistry between the main leads was excellent. The character development was also good to see. The story starts with dark suicidal humour, but as the e story unfolds, it becomes less funny, and more dark and painful. A sensitive topic like suicide was handled wonderfully. Ten characters are done well. The background of each character influence their personalities and it is revealed at the right moment in the story. The character exposition does not feel forced. Their reactions evolve according to the circumstances. The flaws are believable and allow us to be sympathetic. It is an incredible feat of writing that brings more texture to the plot.

Star Power

The cast is fantastic, and they, portrayed their roles nicely. All the characters were distant and unique. The characters are lively and flesh out with striking personalities.
