Drama Digest
A young man Mi Chong is rippling social anxiety. He is not satisfied with his existence, and he mainly stays home all day, fearing social interactions. He goes to a river intending to commit suicide. But he sees a girl Zhi Liao crowing in the river, and he, dives into the river to save her. Zhi Liao has also been through a tough time. She is an extrovert, and her family life has taken a toll on her. She wants to go away from the people who have hurt her. And both of them starts to develop a friendship despite their opposing personalities.
The Feel-Good Part
A beautiful symmetry can be seen throughout the show. The story is well-paced with beautiful ending. This drama had a unique premise. The characters are flawed, but they felt realistic. While the main idea of this drama is dying, the comic moments are like a cherry on the cake it doesn’t stray away from the overall show. The cinematography is outstanding with striking framing and beautiful lightning.

The story has some slight shortcomings that do not ruin the show. The main characters are unabashed that can be misunderstood. The production and execution were not excellent but was okay.

The story starts with dark suicidal humour, but as the e story unfolds, it becomes less funny, and more dark and painful. A sensitive topic like suicide was handled wonderfully. Ten characters are done well. The background of each character influence their personalities and it is revealed at the right moment in the story. The character exposition does not feel forced. Their reactions evolve according to the circumstances. The flaws are believable and allow us to be sympathetic. It is an incredible feat of writing that brings more texture to the plot.

The cast is fantastic, and they, portrayed their roles nicely. All the characters were distant and unique. The characters are lively and flesh out with striking personalities.
