Peechaya Wattanamontree was born on 28th April 1989 in Nam Phong, Khon Kaen in Thailand. Her nicknames are Min or Minny. She was born to Supat Wattanamontree and Kanchana Wattanamontree. Her father is the former mayor of Nam Phong district. They have a real estate business, a housing project, and are also one of the distributors of building material in Khon Kaen. She played basketball at the Khon Kaen University from where she has done her graduation.
She was the winner of a gold medal at Unity No. 29Chamchuri Games. Peechaya was an exchange student at the Columbia Falls High School, Montana. She has completed her graduation and obtained a Bachelor’s degree from the Faculty of Liberal Arts Business English from Assumption University on 18th January 2014. She participated in the Miss Teen Thailand contest in 2006. This was her first step into the world of fashion. Peechaya finished as 1st runner-up in the cateGories media and Miss I-mobile. She then signed with a popular Thai channel that goes by the name Channel 7.
Her first lakorn or Thai drama was Pla Boo Thong in 2009. In 2010 she was a part of two very popular dramas called Ruk nai marn mek and reun son ruk.
