Kim Moon-saeng is an animator, director, and screenwriter from the South Korean entertainment industry. He is amongst the best commercial directors in Korea. He is mainly known for focusing on special effects with animation films for over 15 years.

He directed more than 200 TV commercials, including projects like Fanta. In 1998, he worked with Hong-Kong based international advertising agencies like Ogilvy & Mather and TW. He even served as a professor teaching film design at the Kaywon Art School. He directed short films like ‘The Flower of Sabi’ (2010) and ‘Tree Robo’ (2005). Kim created a post-apocalyptic animated film in 2003, named ‘Wonderful Days.’

He was felicitated at the 27th Creative Award USA, Korean Broadcasting Commercial Award 1988, Seoul Int’l Creative Animation Festival Award 1996, Pinnacle finalist 1997, etc.
