Kim-Jho Gwangsoo is to as Peter Kim. He is a film director, screenwriter, filmmaker, and LGBT rights activist from South Korea. He is one of South Korea’s few openly gay film directors and has been a part of several works with LGBT themes. He collaborated with director Leesong Hee-il in 2006 to make the film ‘No Regret’, which is taken into account to be the primary natural Korean gay feature.
He was the director and writer of his first short film, ‘Boy Meets Boy’, in 2008. It also had two follow-ups named ‘Just Friends’ (2009) and ‘LOVE, 100 C’ (2010).
His first film as a director was ‘Two Weddings and a Funeral’ (2012).
