Bae Chang-Ho is a South Korean Director. He was born on May 16 in 1953 in Daegu. Bae Chang-Ho is married to Kim Yu-mi. Other than being an actor, he is also a Screenwriter and a Film Director.

He became one of the most commercially successful directors during the 1980s as he made several chic melodramas about the new sensibility of the young generation. Though he failed at the box office, he never stopped pursuing his artistic explorations.

During his working career, at first, he used to focus on the elaboration of the Film-making techniques, but later, he focused on simple and down-to-earth and straightforward, story-telling and image capturing. He was involved in the teaching profession, but later, he left because of artistic stagnation.
