Yuya Endo was born on March 20, 1987, and is a Japanese actor and singer. Endo made his big screen debut in the 2000 picture “Juvenile.” He also starred alongside fellow D-Boy members Kotaro Yanagi, Yuu Shirota, and Osamu Adachi in the Watanabe net drama “Hice Cool (2005).” He is well recognized for his role as “Ryoma Echizen” in the musical series “The Prince of Tennis (1999-2006).”
Endo released “Ao no Kiseki,” an Idol DVD, on November 16, 2005. Endo also acted alongside fellow D-BOYS members Hiroki Suzuki, Masaki Kaji, Hirofumi Araki, Yuu Shirota, Kji Seto and Masato Wada in the TV drama “The Hit Parade,” which aired on Fuji TV on May 26, 2006. Two photobooks have been released by the D-BOYS so far.
D-Boys was the title of the first photobook, which was issued on April 27, 2005, and Start was the title of the second, which was launched on March 15, 2006. Both books contain many images of Endo. The D-boys have also starred in their own DD-Boys drama-documentary variety show. Because the skits focus around him playing himself, Endo has appeared in every episode as himself. From April 10 through September 25, 2006, the show aired 23 episodes.
The D-BOYS starred in their own musical production, D-BOYS STAGE, at Tokyo’s Space Zero venue from June 3 to June 10. Endo was a frequent performer in the music throughout its run. He is currently the D-BOYS current group leader.
In September 2014, he married an ordinary woman, and their first child, a girl, was born in July 2015.
