Biography: Tessho Genda

Tessho Genda is a Japanese Voice Actor. He was born on May 1948, in the Prefecture of Okayama, Japan. He is employed by the Talent Management Company 81 produces. When he debuted, he used his real name, Mitsuo Yokoi. For he had experience with the ballet, he was known by the nickname Pirouette Genda. Together, with the famous Vowel actors, such as Akio ōtsuka, Shigeru Chiba and Kōichi Yamadera, Genda, is one of the actors of most prolific voices in Japan, with 234 roles accredited to its name at 25 September 2007.

In  February 2010, he received an award at the 4th Awards Seiyu.
