Biography: Shinya Fukumatsu

Shinya Fukumatsu is a Japanese voice actor. He was born on 30 November 1958 in Tokyo, Japan. He is associated with Mausu Promotion. He is a level 3 mechanic, first-grade Judoka, and has level 3 English proficiency.
