Wang Fei Fei, professional renowned as Fei, was born in Haikou, Hainan, on April 27, 1987. She is a Chinese singer, actor, songwriter, and producer. She was popular with the South Korean girl group Miss A since its debut in 2010 until its disbandment in 2017.
She began her school at a dance academy in Guangzhou, where she got recruited by JYP Entertainment in 2007. Later, she attended the Seoul Institute of the Arts.
She did her first solo in 2016 with her album “Fantasy.” She departed from Korea in 2018 and has been continuing her solo career in china since. In August 2021, Fei released the title track of her Chinese album Fearless, “Stalker,” produced by Wang Fei Studio with Fei as the Executive Producer. She made her debut as an actor with cameo roles in 2011 within the KBS drama ‘Dream High’ and its sequel in 2012. In 2013, she made an appearance in SBS drama ‘Temptation’ and also contributed a song for the show titled ‘One Summer Night.’ She also worked in South Korean Variety shows ‘Masterchef Korea Celebrity’ where she won the second prize and in Dancing with the Stars 3 in which she won first place.
In 2018, she collaborated in the single “Will You Won’t You” with Gen Neo, for the first time in production works. In the same year, she released another single, “Hello”, featuring Jackson Wang. In January 2019, she parted ways with JYP Entertainment after her contract expired. She joined Youku’s idol Group survival show, ‘All for One.’ In June 2020, she joined another female celebrity idol reality show ‘Sisters Who Make Waves’, which themed regarding the empowerment of women and self-actualization.
In October 2021, she released another single ‘Hunting Adonis’ of the album, Fearless, inspired by Shakespeare’s poem on Venus and Adonis, portraying their unconventional love story.
She has earned much reputation as an influencer and trendsetter. She has topped the celebrity influencer in beauty ranking in 2021 as per CBN Data.
