Couling began her modelling career at the age of 13 in a Seven Up commercial. She worked with Storm modelling agency in London while attending boarding school and university in the United Kingdom. She settled into a supermodel role once she returned to Asia, and she has been the face of beauty brands such as L’Oreal Asia, Olay Asia, Nivea Visage, Eucerin, 1st Asian Ambassador for Rado watches, Clairol Worldwide, and a slew of others. Couling joined MTV Asia, based in Singapore, as a VJ in 1998. She was the first Thai woman to go to the United Nations.
Couling was named Thailand’s sexiest woman by FHM in 1999. According to the British magazine FHM, she is Thailand’s sexiest lady, second in Asia, and among the top ten sexiest women in the world. She was named the most attractive Thai actress in 2016. She received Best Actress in a Leading Role at the TV Gold Awards (Thai television awards) in 2002 for her role as Phitawan Satchamat in the Thai television series Maya (2001).
Couling also works behind the scenes as an executive producer on A Stranger in Paradise (2005) and as a producer on Thailand’s Next Top Model. (2013). Couling has also appeared in international films and television shows such as The Mark, The Mark: Redemption, and Strike Back: Legacy. She was a tutor on The Face Thailand season 4 All Stars[17] and The Face Men Thailand (season 2) in 2018, as well as a producer on The Next Boy/Girl Band Thailand.
