Movie Digest

A few of the office workers discover their huge boss was actually a serial killer who made a quick dash. To their delight, laughter, and cries, these meddlesome people, they must uncover additional clues and proof to establish his guilt of the murder accusation.

 The Feel-Good Part

The feel good part about this series is very minimal because of crime being one of its main genre. Other than that, the comedy used in certain situations to lighten the mood of audience and the cinematography were two things that may be included in the ‘feel-good part’.

 The Disappointing Factor

It’s similar to an amateurish attempt at a dark comedy thriller, but with forced parody of thriller/horror and lots of sound effects to break up the serious parts. The overuse of anti-climatic music is astounding, to put it mildly. It always happens just when you think things are getting serious or down to business.

It’s also quite slow-paced for an almost two-hour film, which could get monotonous at certain moments. The narrative itself had promise, but ultimately the plot and the people weren’t worth it. The viewer who sees it is neither moved nor engaged by it. It appeared largely corny and chaotic.

 In-Depth Analysis

The story is based in an office setting. A group of office workers suspects their boss may have once committed murder while mad. To establish his guilt on the murder allegation, they must locate additional hints and proof. The team members ride an emotional rollercoaster while getting the evidence. This film tells the tale of how the lives of several nosy employees altered as a result of their attempts to learn more about their boss’s background through laughter, tears, and murder mysteries.

 Star Power

Kong Saharat Sangkapricha, the actor playing the boss, did a great job in bringing out the personality of a serial killer. The acting by Mook Mookda Narinrak has been appreciated for many works of hers and this movie is no exception. The audience like her way of acting. Ice Preechaya Pongthananikorn also had one of the main roles for this movie, the audience has a high expectation from her due to her acting in the movie ‘I Fine..Thank You..Love You’.

 Overall Opinion

Thai comedic thriller with a weak plot and few character arcs that is neither hilarious nor exciting. Early on, the poisonous workplace only allowed Pholdee and Prakaranan to generate a few chuckles. The conclusion was overly extended and too predictable.
