The story revolves around two people Ken and fern. Ken returns to his hometown after he fails to find work in the city. In his hometown, he meets fern, a married woman. Fern is hard working but also a family-oriented person. When fern finds out that her husband is cheating on her, she asks for Ken’s help. She asks Ken to pretend to be her boyfriend so that she can make her husband feel miserable. Ken agrees to help her, but things turn complicated when they both start to fall in love with each other. Apart from this, Ken also faces problems with his family as he finds that his mother has Alzheimer’s. He struggles to keep his mother’s memories. Things further complicate when fern gets a job in Japan.

The drama is a perfect example of love that can come from anywhere. Fern is heartbroken as her husband is unfaithful to her. She loses all hopes of love in her life, but that turns out wrong as she soon falls in love with Ken. The leads depict a lot of emotions in the drama.

Despite Fern’s best efforts, her ex-husband was unfaithful to her, but Ken is different from that. They can make it work even across vast distances because of this.
