One day, her boss gives her some work for which she has to go to her hometown for a business trip. She gathers her courage and calls her high school crush, who suggests meeting after knowing she is coming there.

The movie is straightforward but very impactful. Hikari is a powerful character, and the way she handles every situation is inspiring.
The Disappointing Factor
The camera work is not up to a point. It is a low-budget movie which is why they were not able to execute it well, because the movie is perfect, and it needs to be a full-length movie. But unfortunately, it is just a short film.
In-Depth Analysis
The story revolves around Hikari Shintani, a trans woman who works for an ornamental fish company, Amphitrite. She lies alone in Tokyo and feels welcomed by her colleagues, who are also trans women. But keeping everything aside, she still feels an infinite amount of distance between herself and the world.
One day she has to go on a business trip to her hometown. She musters up the courage to call her high school crush for a meet-up. But when she reaches the restaurant, she realizes that he invited the whole class of their all-boys high school.
They make some terrible remarks about her which she handles with an awkward smile but realizes her true worth. She leaves her past there, and begins a new journey of self-acceptance.
Star Power
Ishizuka Yu is a brilliant actress and would like to see her more. Also, she is the first Japanese actress transgender actress in the first-ever Japanese transgender movie. Though in some places, the acting seems awkward but overall, it was amazing.
Overall Opinion
The movie deserves to be a full-length movie. It is just that amazing. The short film gives everything in just 30 minutes which is outstanding.
