Drama digest

A member of a student association, Kim is keen on maintaining the university’s good reputation. But a senior student, Mek specializes in prank videos. An incident relating to the latter tarnished the university’s image. Now, Mek’s group and student association are designated to produce positive content to restore the university’s image. Now, the concept imposed is that Kim and Mek have to pretend to be a couple. The boundary and feelings between them become more blurred.

The feel-good part

A great story met a fabulous cast. The comic elements presented throughout the show were another reason to keep going with the drama. As the story progressed, it showed a glimpse of the back story and trouble of each couple. The ost was terrific and  faultlessly suited the mood of the drama. The writing was impeccable, and every line was given due attention.

The disappointing factor

The tropes were overused, and it was frustrating at times. The start was really slow. Some scenes were inadequate. The chemistry was not satisfying enough.

In-depth analysis

The novel revolves around boys, an ordinary guy, in life with an older boy, but the drama’s plot focuses on the boys are being forced by their university to pretend like a couple. The side couples in the story was engaging. The main leads were better after the time jump. The friendship in the drama was off. Till the ending, this drama got sensible and exciting. The main couple’s story was a cliché. Their story was poorly written. The actors were fantastic. Lee and Park together were refreshing to watch. They allowed the story to examine a much different set of issues. The drama was full of tropes and clichés, but dispensed with the main couple. The dialogues were also not written correctly. The friendships were complete disaster. The crucial details and backstory were given that were helpful in understanding the story. There were interesting twists, funny dialogue, and overall consistency. The characters were connected well and were lovable. The writing was well in this drama. The dialogues and details were also well drafted. The drama is well-done with simplicity and some comic elements.

Star power

The actors were good at portraying the characters. In the beginning, the leads were not lovable, but as the story progressed, they made a significant impact on the drama. The side couples were fabulous enough to steal the show. The cast was attractive.

Overall opinion

If you like a multiple couple show, then you will love it. The cast brought the characters and story to life and made it enjoyable. It was a decent show to go on with.
