The Feel-Good Part

One of the most important points of the series is that it has a strong female antagonist. Through Venus, the show also tries its hand at depicting women’s power and what the concept of an independent woman. The chemistry of the main couple is also up-to-the-mark.

The Disappointing Factor

The series depicts negative personalities like Venus who take advantage of other people for their own sake which might be disturbing for some people to watch.

In-Depth Analysis

The female lead, Ailada, is an ordinary Thai girl who lives with her boyfriend, Fin. Ailada is a beautiful, dusky-skinned, and hardworking lady who runs an online clothing store along with one of her friends, Sushi. Ailada’s boyfriend, Fin’s parents had passed long ago when he was a child, so he basically has no one in his family. Due to this reason, Fin suffers from financial crises now and then, and hence the burden as the sole bread earner falls on Ailada. Despite this, she works hard but it often leads to arguments between the couple. One day, both of them get into a big fight which upsets Ailada a lot. Disheartened by this, she tries finding out ways to make her life better in order to get over the financial problems and live happily. Desperate for finding out ways, Ailada goes to Facebook for searching for jobs. There she discovers a public page called ‘Venus’. She finds out that this page helps people facing difficulty to find happiness and wealth in their lives by giving advice and providing live face-to-face classes/sessions. After discovering this, Ailada rushes to meet Venus the very next morning. Venus was nothing but a woman who solves people’s problems related to the same issues Ailada was facing. Venus faked helping people but she was gaining her own benefits from doing these things. She gave fake classes in the name of solving people’s wealth and happiness-related problems. Ailada was so disturbed by her life that she couldn’t even think rationally. Even though her parents were extremely supportive, she was not wanting to go and live with them, she instead chose Venus as her life coach and opened up to her about all her problems. Venus was extremely intelligent and powerful even if she was evil. She tricked people smartly and always had backup plans. This is a story of Ailada and Venus and how Ailada’s life changes after meeting Venus.

Star Power

The strongest character in the series is the antagonist, Venus who represents a strong and savage woman persona. She was the perfect evil personality who had an overall impact on the story and carried the character on her back.

Overall Opinion

This series tries its hand at strong women’s portrayal through the two main female characters. Even though the story seems normal and has no ups and downs, the scenes between the two female leads are quite interesting to watch. This would definitely be a recommended suspense drama to watch.
