Drama Digest

A remake of the Korean drama, I Need Romance 3, this Thai drama is about a 33-year-old woman, Najai, a workaholic who gave up on love. She is no longer concerned about finding the ‘one’ for her, until her childhood friend, Arlan X. He is now a carefree, and spirited songwriter and is surprised to meet the new hardcore Najai who is entirely different from the little girl he once knew. Will they be able to form a beautiful relationship?

The feelgood part

The charming scenes and the budding romance between the leads is so adorable and makes everyone fall in love. Combined with the idea of them sharing the same roof, makes it all the more romantic and complicated. The chemistry between the leads is amazing.

The disappointing factor

Things get a little hectic toward the ending and it feels like they were trying to force themselves to tie up the loose ends which were noticeable. They did not make any changes from its Korean version making it seem dull and uninteresting. There was no spark in the story.

Star power

Thitipoom Techaapaikhu as Arlan X and Khemanit Jamikorn as Najai were such strong leads for the drama.

Overall opinion

This drama has all the essential elements that make a drama interesting from the beginning to the end but there is nothing unique or distinct about it. It’s just another love story.
