Drama Digest

Vlad Love is Japanese anime drama.  A high school girl named Mitsugu Banba, is very passionate about blood donation.  Vlad Love is a typical anime series and does not have anything unique about it, which might lead to people finding it boring. . However, the ending of this show has an unpredictable twist, making it stand apart from other anime dramas despite its cliché moments.

The Feel-Good Part

Slapstick humor is not everyone’s cup of tea. I enjoyed the comedy in this show. The originality and comedy of the show is good enough.  The show feels unique and refreshing and the starcast has done full justice to the concept.

The Disappointing Factor

Despite the great concept, the plotline does not succeed in bringing it to the screens efficiently. The drama is littered with obscure references that few people will get.

In-Depth Analysis

The drama is meant for everybody but everyone can’t enjoy it because people have different tastes. Vlad Love is not different from other anime series, but as a vampire anime, it plays it very safe. Some episodes are completely detached from the story.

Star Power

As it is an animated drama, ,it’s star power is almost null. But all the characters are really unique and different from each other. Banba is the main character of the drama. Speaking of the others, every character got a good screen time and this turned out to be pretty entertaining.

Overall Opinion

The drama is based on a high school girl who is crazy for blood donation. As compared to most of the anime shows this one can refresh your mind. This drama can be called as guilty pleasure.
