Drama Digest
When a bizarre request is made, do you go along with it or do you stop it? This series starts off with a broadcast writer Hanaoka, receiving a strange message from a listener for a live broadcast.
The listener states that her family-owned amusement park is going to close; however, she is the same person who had submitted another request earlier with an intent of finding the culprit who had murdered her daughter.
Hanaoka, feels something is amiss with request yet goes along with it. As the live broadcast begins airing from the park, people in strange masks begin to appear.
As the broadcast progresses, it is evident to Hanaoka that a terrible tragedy is about to take place and the broadcast is being used to telecast it.
The Feel-Good Part
The story is combination of horror and mystery and the has stunning visuals. It has an eerie atmosphere which sends down shivers with viewer.
The Disappointing Factor
The script is a bit weird as one is not sure on the reason Hanaoka agreed to the broadcast.
In-Depth Analysis
A listener uses the closure of her family-owned amusement park as a ruse to seek revenge on the killer who got her daughter, five years back.
She is a regular of a radio program of Hanaoka’s and requests him for a live broadcast during the park closure. Hanaoka is sure something is not right but at the same time he is not able to place his finger on it.
Despite his reservations, he goes with the live show. During the live, people with strange masks appear and it is clear that the mysterious listener is set to take revenge at any cost.
Will the listener succeed and why has she chosen Hanaoka’s show to telecast the incident forms the show?
Star Power
Hama Shogo leads the cast and is ably supported by the others.
Overall Opinion
If you like the horror-mystery genre, then this one is for you. The show has just started airing so you have not missed much should you wish to start.
