The Feel-Good Part
The best thing about this drama is that it is a female-centered drama. It has females in all its primary roles. They also depict the female lead as a chubby woman which is rare to be seen in the Chinese entertainment industry. This gives a message of body positivity. The script and the direction of the show are genuinely well done as it’s a self-developing as well as suspenseful drama.
The Disappointing Factor
The worst part about the series was its awful translation/subtitles. It looks like a rookie person has attempted to translate the series into English.
In-Depth Analysis
This is not just an average life-building drama but also a suspenseful drama. The female lead, Li Xiao Nan, played by Ma Si Chun, is a woman with a good heart. She’s charming and cute and tries to live a healthy life. But years later, after a successful and happy marriage, she starts facing serious marital issues. She finds her husband cheating and betraying her. This hurts and breaks her to the very core. After the passage of a brief amount of time she finds herself healing. She starts rebuilding her life with perseverance and focusing more on self-love. Meanwhile, all of this is happening, a suspicious murder takes place. The series has another seven main characters who are later introduced as the suspects in the murder. The series intelligently unfolds in the eyes of the viewers because all these characters carry dark secrets with them. The series sets a trap of intelligent clues in order to reach the murderer. In this case, the main inspecting officer is another strong female character whose assistant is also a female. Later on in the series, the murderer is found. Along with all this, the series also targets the many issues that hinder society. It makes an effort to educate the viewers about the realities of child abandonment, divorce, self-love, body positivity, etc. Later in the show, the female lead also gets her happy ending as she finds love again in her life.

The star of the show was none other than its protagonist, Li Xiao Nan. Being a chubby lead, she represents body positivity, a smart mind, and various emotions.
Overall Opinion
The show is mystery-filled, suspenseful, thrilling, and emotional at the same time. It wracks one’s brain making them restless but provides healing too, by itself.
