An idol is a title given to South Korean celebrities working in the K-pop industry either as solo performers or group members. To achieve the title of an Idol is not easy at all. It requires years of intense training. When kids are busy studying and worried about marks, they get loaded with rigorous training and debt. There is no specific age to debut, but it would be good if the debutante is 10-17 because it is the perfect time to shape them as an “Idol.” So, here are some idols who debuted at a very young age.
1. Jungkook
The heartthrob, Jungkook made his debut when he was only 15, In June 2013. He joined the K-pop group BTS as a debutante, and his first debut album was “2 Cool 4 Skool”. His fans have also given him the nickname “Sold Out King” because whichever item he uses often sells out quickly.

Lee Ji-Eun is also professionally known as I.U. She is a South Korean singer, songwriter, and actress who debuted at the very young age of 15. She amazed everyone with her melodious voice and acting, and her talent brought her more than 30 awards.

9. Lee Seung Hyun
Lee Seung is also known by his stage name Seungri and V.I. and debuted at a very minimal age of 15. He joined South Korean Boy Band “Big Bang” under Y.G. Entertainment and rose as the most prominent star in the mid-2000s.
10. Gong Min-Ji
Minzy is a South Korean singer, dancer, and Songwriter. Minzy debuted in 2009, at the age of 15, as a member of the girl group 2NE1. This girl group became one of the most popular girl groups worldwide. Now she is not a part of 2NE1, but she made a powerful impact on her fans.
