Some elements are added to make the dramas more exciting, but medical dramas are a whole package of emotions.Few dramas of this genre are:
1. Doctor Stranger (2014)
Park Hoon's father was a famous heart surgeon forced to go to North Korea along with Park Hoon. The father-son duo was not allowed to leave North Korea. After spending his youth in North Korea, Park Hoon gets used to the lifestyle. He lives a happy life despite all the hard comings. Shin Min Ho is a new trainee in the hospital who is very carefree and does not want to learn anything. His family made him study physical therapy. A story about five friends who have been together since university. They are loyal to each other and treat each other as a family. Lee Ik Jun is a general surgeon who is very skilled. He is also the heart of the group. Kim Jun Wan is a surgeon who is strict yet very dedicated to his patients. Yang Suk Hyung is a doctor with excellent abilities who loves to enjoy his alone time very much. Ahn Jung Won is a doctor who is very hardworking and dedicated. Chae Song Hwa is a neurosurgeon who is an ace in the department; as the only girl in the group, she is loved by everyone very much. These friends have a band, which they formed in college, and they still perform songs in the band.
10. Ghost Doctor (2022)
Ghost doctor is a drama based on medical fantasy. Cha Young-min is a genius Heart Surgeon who is very arrogant, short-tempered, and has a cold personality. Ko Seung Tak is a genius student who is also the grandson of the hospital's founder. Seung tak was forced by his family to study medicine. He is a genius, but he doesn't have any field experience as he can see ghosts. Young Min and Seung Tak do not like each other in the beginning. After a tragedy happens, only Seung Tak can see Young-min as he becomes a coma ghost due to an accident. Young Min can possess only Seung Tak's body and is not able to touch anyone else other than him. Seung Tak and Young Min become a team to find the ugly truth behind Young Min's accident and the conspiracy behind taking over everything that belongs to Seung Tak.
