10. P1Harmony

P1Harmony is a South Korean boy band created by FNC Entertainment. There are five members in the P1Harmony group – Jongseob, Keeho, Jiung, Intak, Theo, and Soul. Jongseob is the group's maknae. Their songs' P1H: The Beginning of a New World' and 'Disharmony: Stand Out' were released on October 28, 2020. Disharmony: Break Out, their second EP, was released on April 20, 2021.

 

9. Enhypen

When I-Land's final show aired live, Enhypen got unveiled. "Connection, Discovery and Growth" is the goal of Enhypen. Jungwon, Heeseung, Jay, Jake, Sunoo, Sunghoon, and Ni-ki make up the group where Jungwon is the Leader of Enhypen and Ni-Ki is the maknae of the group. An extended play (EP) titled Border: Day One got released on November 30, 2020, as Enhypen's debut release.

 

8. Aespa 

Aespa, a girl group of South Korea, was formed by SM Entertainment. Karina, Giselle, Winter, and Ningning comprise the group. Ningning is the maknae (youngest member) of the group Aespa. The name Aespa comes from the combination of Avatar and Experience initials (Avatar X Experience) with the English term "aspect," which means "two sides," representing "meeting another self and experiencing a new universe or reality." In the Seoul Music Awards ceremony 2021, Aespa won the Rookie of the Year. Black Mamba,' released on November 17, 2020, was the group's debut song.

 

7. Treasure

Treasure was introduced in "Global Super Rookies of 2020" and was most successful as a Korean rookie group. To become the label's next boy group after the launch of Big Bang, Winner, and iKon in 2015, YG Entertainment introduced 29 male trainees through YG Treasure Box in November 2018. Haruto, Ye-dam, Jung-hwan, and Junkyu were the first to enter the line-up in the finals, followed by Jeong-woo, Jae-hyuk, and Hyun-suk under Treasure. Treasure 13 is the collective name given to Yoon-bin, Mashiho, Doyoung, Yoshinori, Jihoon, and Asahi under Magnum in January 2019. As a result of his decision to follow a different artistic route, Yoon-bin canceled his exclusive deal with the label in December 2019. Consequently, both teams united and came to known as Treasure. Junghwan is the maknae of the group Treasure.

 

6. TO1(TOO)

TO1 is a boy group managed by Wake One Entertainment and CJ ENM's music label. This group was initially known as TOO (Ten Oriented Orchestra), which later changed to TO1 (Together as One-1) in March 2021. The TO1 won the Rookie Award in the year 2020 at Soribada Best K-Music Award Ceremony. 'Magnolia' was the first single from their debut mini-album, Reason For Being: Benevolence, released on April 1, 2020. 'Son of Beast' was the lead single from TO1's first mini-album Re: Born, released on May 20, 2021. The group members are Jisu, Jerome, Donggeon, Minsu, Kyungho, Jaeyun, Chihoon, J.You, Chan, and Woonggi.

 

5. STAYC

STAYC is a girl group formed under High Up Entertainment. STAYC stands for "Star To A Young Culture." Sumin, Sieun, Seeun, Isa, J, and Yoon make up the group. A member of the STAYC gang, J is the youngest among the girls. The initial member of the group was Sieun, a well-known actress. Their music video of "ASAP," released on April 8, 2021, garnered 20 million views by the ninth day of its release. By September 2021, STAYC may release STEREOTYPE, the first EP.

 

4. Weeekly

Weeekly, a seven-member South Korean girl group, was formed in June. It is the second girl group under Play M Entertainment. Weeekly comprises Park Soe-un, Zoa, Lee Jae-hee, Lee Soo-jin, Jihan, Shin Ji-Yoon, and Monday. We Are, released on June 30, 2020, was the debut EP of the group. Their incredible performances have led them to win many awards. These include the New Star Award- Female Group in the Asia Model Awards 2020. Weeekly also grabbed the Rising Star Female Idol and Rookie Female Idol Award in 2021.

 

3. Lucy

LUCY, a South Korean boy band, was founded in 2019 as a part of the JTBC talent competition Superband. Choi Sang-Yeop, Jo Won-sang, Shiin Gwang-il, and Shin Ye-chan are the four members of LUCY. Gwang-il is the maknae of the group LUCY. LUCY released its debut song, Dear, on May 8, 2020. KPOP HIGH INDIA was impressed with this band, learning about their unique musical endeavors, their beginnings and future ambitions, and their love for Indian music and culture, among other things.

 

2. Ghost9

Ghost9 is a boy band that debuted on September 23, 2020, under Maroo Entertainment. The band includes nine members: Hwang Dong-jun, Son Jun-Hyung, Lee Shin, Lee Kang-sung, Choi Jun-Seong, Prince, Lee Jin-woo, Lee Tae-Seung, and Lee Woo-jin. Jinwoo is the maknae (youngest member) of the group Ghost9. Pre-Episode 1: Door was Ghost9's debut EP and featured the lead song "Think of Dawn." "W.all" is the first song from Ghost9's second EP, Pre-Episode 2: W.all, released on December 10, 2020. Now: When We Are in Love is Ghost9's fourth EP, released on June 3, 2021, and features the lead song "Up All Night."

 

1. Drippin

A new boy group, DRIPPIN, made their debut on October 28, 2020, under Woollim Entertainment performing 'Boyager,' a mix of "boy" and "voyager," DRIPPIN consists of Hwang Yun-Seong, Lee Hyeop, Kim Dong-Yun, Kim Min-Seo, Joo Chan-Guk, Cha Jun-ho, and Alex. Dongyun is the primary rapper, Yunseong is the foremost dancer, and Alex is the maknae (youngest member) of DRIPPIN. The group released their first album, Free Pass, on June 29, 2021. KT's Seezn released a reality show called We are DRIPPIN, which documented and filmed the band's preparations for their debut process.
