However, some K-Pop celebrities didn't start out wanting to be performers in the entertainment business. Some of these idols' earlier professional aspirations could amaze you, although they may be passionate and gifted musicians. Before becoming famous, these K-Pop stars initially desired to pursue other endeavors. Below are the top K-Pop Idols' Dream Jobs They Had Before Becoming Idols.

1. BTS’ V- Farmer

V is from a farming family and was born in Daegu and grew up in Geochang, Gyeongsang Province. V was grown primarily by his grandma because his parents were busy working. He envisioned himself working as a farmer like her one day. However, with his support father, V ultimately started learning how to play the saxophone, which led him to pursue a career in music. When questioned about their ideal jobs, V said that he had like to be a strawberry farmer with apparent seriousness.

2. Astro’s Cha Eun-Woo- Judge

Eun-woo is renowned for his adaptability. But he's not simply excellent at performing; he's also a pretty clever man. Cha was one of the top three academic performers in his middle school and served as a student representative. He initially intended to attend the prestigious Seoul National University to study law and become a judge. But while he was in middle school, his agency spotted him at a school celebration and asked him to join as a trainee. The proposition was initially rejected several times by Cha and his family; nevertheless, they eventually complied, which ultimately resulted in the introduction of Astro.

3. NCT’s Jaehyun- Theme Park Designer

Although Jaehyun performs as a vocalist and dancer for the popular boy band NCT, the group revealed in an interview with Nylon that Jaehyun initially thought about working as a theme park designer. However, before the interview, fans were fully aware of Jaehyun's previous dream. Being a news anchor was another career goal for him.

4. Blackpink’s Jennie- Zookeeper

The devotion to their animals displayed by the members of Blackpink is well known. Although Jennie may be the most animal-loving of all of them when she was younger, she even fantasized about being a zookeeper. In a Knowing Bros episode from 2020, Jennie made this revelation. She wished to look after pandas in particular.

5. Apink’s Hayoung- Soldier

You might be surprised to learn that Apink's Oh Ha-young wanted to join the military; this is unusual for K-pop celebrities. Despite the refusal of the idol to address it in interviews, her fans have extensively discussed it online. Fans were not shocked by the decision of Hayoung to have a military-themed event in 2019 when she had her first solo fan meet, as she even wore a livery.

6. Oh My Girl’s Hyojung- Ginseng Digger

Hyojung from Oh My Girl previously declared that she wanted to work as a ginseng miner like her grandmother. She spoke about her experiences doing part-time jobs before her debut on Happy Together 3 of KBS in 2016. She acknowledged that she had thought of becoming a ginseng miner to support her family.

If Sana from TWICE hadn't become an idol, she would have had the dream job of teaching kindergarten! Sana's character seems to be a suitable fit for a position teaching kindergarten. It should be no surprise that the kind, gentle Sana would have chosen to become a teacher if she were not already a celebrity.
