The Korean entertainment industry is well-known and has a great set of celebrities. It is where people get to fulfil their dreams of becoming big superstars. Sometimes due to a significant amount of stress and being judged, some fall into the hole of wrongdoing. Some celebrities are fighting for their rights but end up getting kicked out of their agencies. Sometimes an inappropriate past activity can come to haunt them in the present. 1. Park Si-Hoo

Park Si-Hoo is a South Korean actor who began his career as a stage actor and underwear model. In 2005 he made his official television debut. In 2013, he got accused of sexual abuse by a 22-year-old actress. Later it was found he was innocent, but the incident affected the actor in many ways; losing many roles and even disappeared for a while after the incident.

2. JYJ

JYJ is a boy group of three members consisting of Kim Junsu, Park Yoo-chun, and Kim Jae-joong and was formed with the initial letters of all the members. It was the first group to perform in Chile and Peru. They left SM entertainment agency, but SM agency was potent, due to which they failed to appear on broadcast stations. In 2019 and 2021, after Yoochun and Junsu departed from C-Jes Entertainment, Jaejoong continued performing as a solo artist under the company.

3. Shin Jung-Hwan

Shin Jung-Hwan is a South Korean comedian, entertainer, and singer. In 1994 he debuted as a member of Roo’ra, later becoming a frequent guest on various variety shows. In 2010 after visiting the Philippines after he was arrested for money laundering he spent a tremendous amount of money on illegal gambling and was found guilty. Due to this, his career was put on hold for several years.

4. Amy Lee

Amy Lee is a South Korean singer and entertainer. She dated a popular boy band member, but after their breakup, things went south. She got arrested for consuming illegal drugs: where she denied the allegations but the prosecutor confirmed her arrest. She got deported to the U.S over repeated drug offenses.

5. SNSD Jessica

Jessica Jung is an American-South Korean singer, actress, songwriter, businesswoman, and author. She is known as a former member of the group Girls Generation. In 2014 she established Blanc and Eclare, a fashion brand. She got dismissed from the girl group due to conflicts between them and when she got accused of stealing money to start her fashion label.

6. Ji Soo

Kim Ji-Soo is a South Korean Actor. In 2009 he made his acting debut on stage and starred in several short films, which included his leading role in the independent film Seoul Mates. In 2015 he gained recognition in the drama Angry Mom. He was accused of sexual assault and school violence. Due to this issue, he got replaced as the lead in a popular show, and the producers asked for remuneration from him.

7. Super Junior Han Geng

Han Geng is a singer and actor. In 2001 he started his career when he was chosen as a member of the group Super Junior by S.M Entertainment, which debuted around 2005. He left Super Junior due to unjust treatment. In 2009 he filed for contract termination, stating that their exclusive contract and even the profit distribution were disadvantageous to the artists. He currently continues as a solo artist in China.

8. Soojin

Seo Soojin is a South Korean dancer and singer, a former member of the group (G)I-DLE under Cube Entertainment. In 2021 she was accused of bullying by her classmates. Due to not being allowed to perform with the group, she withdrew from (G)I-DLE. Her legal team released a statement, she never committed violence, and that she won't proceed with legal actions.

9. Kris Wu

Wu Yi Fan, known as Kris Wu, is a Canadian singer, actor, rapper and model. He is a former member of the Chinese-South Korean group Exo, which he left in 2014. In 2014 he filed a lawsuit against S.M Entertainment to terminate his contract. In 2021, a 19-year-old Chinese student, through an online platform, posted allegations accusing him of sexual assault, and he was detained in Beijing by the police.

10. BIGBANG Seungri

Lee Seung-Hyun, known as Seungri, is a former singer, record producer, songwriter, businessman, actor, DJ, investor, and creative director. He got accused of sexual assault, for which he got proven innocent by law. It was known as the Burning Sun scandal. He was also involved in the embezzlement of funds. He has permanently retired.
