These mentors functioned as role models to their students so they could follow to be the best they could be. Sensei is a Japanese teacher or master and is also referred to martial arts instructor. Anime features a wide range of incredible teachers, some of whom are humorous, serious, supportive, caring, and even perverted.

1. Genkai

Genkai in Yu Yu Hakusho is Sensei/ old chi-master for Kazuma Kuwabara and main protagonist . She is also known as the master of spirit. Even though she had a harsh method of teaching her students, she is well known for her student's abilities and how much potential they have within themselves. She, in her younger era, was a beautiful combat girl.

2. Master Roshi

A bald older man, walking with helplessness with his big white beard and mustache, is the first master of Son Goku. He hides his powers and techniques when not needed, but at times can use his muscular body and hidden tactics to fight back. The Kamehameha technique of Master Roshi is famous in the series. This man carries an old walking stick, wears sunglasses, sometimes beach clothes, a turtle shield, or sometimes a martial arts suit. Charming enough to hide his young powers in his old man's body.

3. Jiraiya

Jiraya sensei from Naruto is one of the favorite characters for everyone who is a brilliant ninja and a teacher. He is considered one of the legendary Sannin who taught fourth Hokage Minato and Minato's son, Naruto Uzumaki. Jiraiya is also considered the grandfather sensei of Kakashi. He gets an offer position of Hokage but refuses the same.

4. Koro Sensei

The supporting character in Assassination Classroom, Korosensei, is the homeroom teacher at Kunugigaoka Junior High School's Class 3-E. Koro-sensei had a humanoid physique that was white in tone, and later his body turned into an octopus with a broad smile. One of Koro Sensei's teaching strengths is his capability to identify and encourage pupils' abilities. He declares that he was the one who intended to destroy the earth.

5. Izumi Curtis

Izumi Curtis, the supporting protagonist, a master alchemist, and martial artist, resides with her husband Sig and owns a butcher shop. She agrees to train Alphonse and Edward Elric after their mother dies and trains them for six months. Izumi teaches them both alchemical theory and martial arts. She is a fierce tall woman, a wife with dreads, and an incredible teacher.

6. Eikichi Onizuka

Eikichi Onizuka or Onizuka Eikichi is the central character of the series Great Teacher Onizuka (GTO). They used to be a member of the Oni-Baku, a fighting team, together with his best friend, Ryuji Danma. He decided to become a teacher, where he teaches valuable life lessons to troublesome classes 3-4 as a homeroom teacher in a school.

7. Biscuit Krueger

Biscuit Krueger, often called Bisky, is the supporting protagonist, a professional Treasure Hunter. After realizing Biscuit's power, Gon and Killua, two best friends, beg her to teach them Nen. After that, she started working hard. Bisky can change her appearance to appear younger and less muscular and also can transform into actual/real form, growing significantly taller and muscular.

8. Silvers Rayleigh

Silvers Rayleigh, the supporting character, and former right-hand man of the legendary Pirate King, Gold Roger, becomes the Haki master and teacher of Monkey D. Luffy and teaches him each type of Haki and basics. He was a teacher that Luffy truly admired. Rayleigh is an aged man with a tall stature, a very muscular body, and tan skin.

9. Urokodaki Sakonji

Sakonji Urokodaki is the supporting protagonist, a former member of the Demon Slayer Corps, former Water Hashira, and sensei to Tanjiro Kamado, Giyu Tomioka, Sabito, and Makomo. He covers his face with a red mark since he hates demons making fun of his kind and gentle appearance. One of his teachings was- ten breathing techniques to Tanjiro Kamado and Giyu Tomioka.

10. Arataka Reigen

Reigen Arataka is the deuteragonist of the anime. In addition to being the self-described "Greatest Psychic of the 21st Century," he is Mob's supervisor and mentor. Although Reigen is a con artist who founded his own company, he is just the mentor Mob needs. Reigen approves Mob's request to be his student after realizing how powerful Mob is by himself.
