The romance, the pretty backgrounds, and the fantastic food, all of that is excellent, but the one thing we all envy is the skin, the fantastic, fair, poreless pretty skin that makes them look like angels. Most of us have always been envious of Korean women who have always been infamous for their “glass skin” which makes them look youthful even in their 30s. But these Korean actresses take it to the next level with their fantastic acting and timeless beauty.

1. Ha Ji Won, 43

Birthday: June 28,1978

Ha Ji-Won's drama Secret Garden is considered one of the best Korean dramas ever, and it’s a favorite among k drama fanatics. Her acting and chemistry with her co-star Hyun-Bin won them four awards at the Baek Sang Arts Awards 2011 for Best New Actress, Best TV Script, And Best TV Drama. She has also starred in many great dramas like Memories of Bali (2004), Empress Ki (2013), The King 2 Hearts (2012), and Hospital Ship (2017). She is well known for her incredible ability to pull off a role in any genre such as sports, action, comedy, horror, and medical.

 

2. Lee Bo Young, 42

Birthday: January 12, 1979

Lee Bo Young began her life in stardom by winning the Daejeon entry for the Miss Korea pageant in 2000. And she starred in her first significant role in 2005 as Yoo In Young in the daily drama My Sweetheart, My Darling. Her recent drama When My Love Blooms was a huge hit. Gong Hyo Jin is a well-known actress; she started  with modeling and slowly started appearing in minor supporting roles. 5. Jang Na-Ra, 40

Birthday: March 18, 1981

Jang Na-Ra started her career as a singer in SM Entertainment and starred in her first drama New Nonstop and received a lot of attention for her cute image. She has also starred in many hit dramas including, Successful Story of a Bright Girl (2002), Confession Couple (2017), The Last Empress (2018-2019), and VIP (2019). She is also known as CF Queen because of the amount of advertisement offers she receives. 6. Jun Ji-Hyun, 39

Birthday: October 30, 1981

Jun Ji-Hyun, too started as a model; one of her commercials for the Samsung Jet printer made her a sensation. Her breakout was with her film My Sassy Girl, which became the highest-grossing Korean comedy movie of all time and made her a Hallyu star and earned her the nickname “Nation’s First Love." She is married to Choi Joon Hyuk, a banker, and has two sons. She has also starred in many hit dramas like The Thieves (2012), The Berlin File (2013), My Love from the Star (2013-2014), Legend of the Blue Sea (2016-2017), and Ashin of the North (2020-present) a sub-series of the Netflix hit series Kingdom.

 

7. Song Hye Kyo, 39

Birthday: November 22, 1981

From her best drama, Descendants of the Sun (DOTS), to being married to Song Joong Ki when they were called the Song-Song couple and being a top Hallyu star, Song Hye Kyo has lived a life of absolute fame, and DOTS is considered one of the all-time best k-dramas. 8. Son Ye-Jin, 39

Birthday: January 11, 1982

Son Ye-Jin's recent drama Crash Landing on You received a lot of attention for her fantastic acting and the on-screen chemistry she had with her co-star Hyun-Bin. And after few months of rumors about their dating, they officially announced their relationship and are affectionately referred to as the “Bin-Jin couple”  by their fans. 10. Koo Hye-Sun, 36

Birthday: November 8, 1984

Known to K-drama fans as Geum Jan-di rather than as Koo Hye-Sun, she had shot to fame after her role in the world-famous drama Boys Over Flowers. She started as a trainee in SM Entertainment but ended up debuting in the 2006 drama Pure of Heart. She is also a director with her own company Koo Hye Sun Film. She gained recognition from these dramas, The King and I (2007), Boys Over Flowers (2009), Take Care of Us, Captain (2012), Angel Eyes (2014), and Blood (2015). Koo Hye Sun married her Blood co-star Ahn Jae Hyun in 2016, and got divorced in 2019 for personal reasons.
