In k-drama, we see that not only the main character attracts most of our attention, but the villainous characters catch our attention very differently from the protagonist. The character Jang Da Hee makes your blood boil, seeing his nasty side that wants to make Park Sae Ro Yi suffer by taking away his pride, dreams, and freedom. Actor Yoo Jae Myung nailed the portrayal of the loathsome character Jang Da Hee.

SKY Castle is a luxury private neighborhood where wealthy professors and doctors live with their families. All the women there wish for their children to enter prestigious universities and actively support their education. The series portrays the reality of the pressure of education and its toll on students and parents living in high society. Kim Joo Young is a coach who claims that she can help any child get into renowned universities in Korea, but the path for this to happen is devastating for the children. She is someone who has experienced trauma and tragedy in her life, which has made her mentally unstable. Joo Young manipulated the minds of her students, and their mental health was at risk. She is not the typical villain that you see on-screen. Actor Kim Seo Hyung has portrayed the character well in the series, which makes her an outstanding actor.

 

3. Min Joon Gook- I Can Hear Your Voice

Jang Hye Sung becomes a lawyer after overcoming a difficult childhood, and her life changes after encountering Park Soo Ha, a senior high school student who can read minds. He gained this ability after witnessing his father getting murdered. It got ruled out as an accident until a witness gave her testimony despite threats from the murderer and went missing. Min Joon Gook is a murderer who gives crooked smiles in the courtroom to the family members of the victims, and the smile will terrify you. His past will shock the viewers, and they can see where he is coming from, but that does not justify his actions. The very talented actor Jung Woong In plays the role of Min Joon Gook an evil and terrifying murderer.

The series is about three wealthy women who live in Hera Palace, a luxurious complex where all the elite people stay, and all their children attend an elite art school. The people living there are willing to keep the image of their family even- if it killing someone would help. Joo Dan Tae is a sadistic, power-hungry, greedy, and manipulative person capable of doing the evilest things. He even abuses his own family and is not to be said to other people. The character of Joo Dan Tae is played by talented actor Um Ki Joon.

 

5. Jang Joon Woo: Vincenzo

Park Joo Hyeong went to Italy after getting adopted and is now an adult Vincenzo Cassano, an Italian lawyer, and Mafia consigliere. He flees to South Korea as the Mafia factions are at war, and he gets involved with lawyer Hong Cha Young, after which his life changes as he gets intertwined in a revenge scheme against Babel Group. Jang Joon Woo is the chairman of the Babel Group and someone very calculating, manipulative, and psychopathic mastermind Actor Taec Yeon has portrayed the character of Jang Joon Woo as someone who is playing a villain role for the first time.

 

6. My Love From The Star: Lee Jae Kyung

Do Min Joon was an alien who came to earth during the Joseon Dynasty and had three months left. He is a good-looking person and is a professor at a university. He encounters actress Cheon Song Yi after which his life ends up in chaos. Lee Jae Kyung is the heir of the S&C Group and the older brother of Lee Hwi Kyoung, whose school friend is Cheon Song Yi. He is a sociopath, relentless, and willing to do anything to get what he wants. Shin Sung Rok nailed the character Lee Jae Kyung, and his facial expressions were bone-chilling.

 

7. Han Seo Joon: Mouse

Jung Ba Reum is a rookie police officer working at a police substation and is a person who always tries to attain justice. His life changes after he faces a psychopath murderer who has the entire nation in fear. Han Seo Jun is a wanted criminal known as the head hunter, as he cuts off the heads of the victims. The series has a lot of things going on and throws off the viewers, who get lost in figuring out the plot. Actor Ahn Jae Wook captured the character of Han Seo Jun well, and he belonged in that role.

 

8. Park Haeng Ja: It’s Okay To Not Be Okay

Moon Gang Tae works as a community health worker at the psychiatric ward and is someone who sympathizes with others. Ko Moon Young is a story writer who comes off as selfish, arrogant, and rude due to suffering from an antisocial personality disorder. Park Haeng Ja is a sadist, manipulative, controlling freak, and the worst mother. She wants her daughter Ko Moon Young to be a monster like her and wants her also to lose her sanity. Actress Jang Young Nam portrayed the role of Park Haeng Ja well, and her character made people freak out.

 

9. Kim Jang Hyuk: Strong Woman Do Bong Soon

Do Bong Soon is a petite, honest, and unemployed woman, and she has herculean strength that has been gifted to the women in her family to use for the greater good. Ahn Min Hyuk is the CEO of a gaming company who, after seeing her strength, wanted to hire her as a bodyguard. Kim Jang Hyuk is a villain that everyone sees as creepy and terrifying. He abducts young and beautiful women and dresses them like a bride. Actor Jang Mi Kwan for his acting debut as Kim Jang Hyuk is commendable, and he had people terrified with his perfect portrayal of the character.

 

10. Seo Moon Jo: Strangers From Hell

Joon Jung Woo moves from the countryside to Seoul after his friend offers him a job, and while searching for a place to stay, he comes across Eden Gosiwon, a cheap hostel that shares the kitchen and bathroom with other residents. He does not like the hostel but has to stay there as he is short on money and decides to stay there for six months, after which he will move out. Seo Moon Jo is a psychopathic killer who makes bracelets and rings out of the teeth of victims. He works with other people at the hostel and is the leader that trains others to kill people. Fans were shocked to see the cute actor Lee Dong Wook as Seo Moon Jo, who gives you creeps when you watch his expressions.
