For anyone who is just getting to know about K-pop, it might be very surprising to see how the members of all these popular groups seem to be all-rounders, not only good at just singing and dancing (or singing while dancing), but some of them are also good at acting, song-writing, music composing, choreographing etc.

1. BTS

BTS is a household name at this point. There is no one in this world that does not know about the seven boys from South Korea. But if you just know them for their singing and dancing skills, you're in for a treat because the members of this group are all-rounders. The three rappers of BTS- RM, Suga and J-Hope, are particularly good at song writing and production. Suga is also a great pianist. The youngest members, V and Jungkook, are good at drawing and painting. 2. Ateez

The members of Ateez have a trove of talents, and the world is finally starting to see it. The leader of Ateez, Hongjoong, is good at rapping and producing for the group and is also known for his artistic design skills. He has made customized phone cases according to their songs and for his members and has taken part in creating stage outfits for his members. The oldest of the group, Seonghwa, has impeccable acting skills and has showcased them in their MVs and the drama 'Imitation'. Ateez received the 'Best Performance Award' for their fierce and energetic performances as rookies. The vocal line of Ateez- Yunho, Yeosang, San, Wooyoung and Jongho have outstanding and stable vocals during live performances and are excellent dancers. They have been praised for their expressions, energy, and flexibility on stage by well-known names like PSY and Rain.

3. Stray Kids

The popularity of this octet from South Korea sure is spreading like wildfire, and for all good reasons. Like the leaders of the other K-pop groups mentioned above, the leader of stray kids has also shown his skills in producing and song-writing for his group. One subunit of this group- 3Racha, consisting of Bang Chan, Changbin and Jisung, is also responsible for writing and producing almost all the songs of the group. Lee Know and Hyunjin are outstanding actors and have showcased their acting skills in 'Mixtape: On Track'. Lee Know is also a good cook. Felix is a black belt in Taekwondo and has 63 medals to prove it. The second youngest of the group, Seungmin, is very good at photography and also at being an anchor for a variety of tv shows. The youngest, IN, is always praised for his versatile vocal skills and flexibility while dancing.

4. TXT (Tomorrow By Together)

This quintet under BigHit music is known as the most famous 4th gen K-pop Boy Group, but with their meaningful songs and difficult chores, it is no wonder they have been named so. The leader of TXT, Soobin, has a charming personality which can be seen when he is MCing for various variety and award shows. It is difficult to focus on anyone else when he has the microphone. The oldest, Yeonjun, is skilled in choreographing and dance composition and has often involved himself in choreographing for the group's performances. Beomgyu is an experienced guitarist. His dad taught him the basics, and with that, he joined a band in school. The second youngest, Taehyun, is known for his athletic skills and magic tricks, both of which can be seen in TXT's Cosmopolitan 'Secret Talent Test' video. Huening Kai, the youngest, is good at playing several musical instruments like- guitar, flute, piano and drums. He is also known for having a perfect pitch.

5. Enhypen

Enhypen is a seven-member group under BigHit Music formed in 2020 through the survival show I-Land. They are still relatively new to K-pop, but their talents speak for themselves. Jungwon, the leader of this group, is very flexible and good at the popping dance style. He is also good at Taekwondo. The oldest member, Heeseung, has charming and stable vocals. Jay and Ni-Ki are exceptional dancers and have often done their lives together dancing to complex songs. Sunghoon is a contemporary dancer and a professional figure skater. The second youngest member, Sunoo, can play the piano well and is also known for being very flexible. The third oldest member of the group, Jake, plays the violin and is also very smart. His school classmates said he was the smartest in the maths class.

6. Seventeen

Seventeen is a 13-member K-pop Boy Group formed by Pledis Entertainment. This group is not only talented in music but also boasts diverse skills among its members. SCoups and Hoshi are skilled at taekwondo. SCoups has learnt it for seven years, and Hoshi has a fourth-degree black belt. The third oldest member, Joshua, can speak five languages- Korean, English, Japanese, Chinese and Spanish. Jun and The8 have been practising Chinese martial arts since they were young. The8 can also use nun chucks. Mingyu is charged with the hairstyling duty of the group. He also has a red belt in Taekwondo. The shortest member of this group, Woozi's song-writing and production skills shape Seventeen's unique sound.

7. SHINee

Shinee is a boy group that debuted in 2008 and has been an integral part of K-Pop. They are known for having catchy songs that perfectly capture Korean Pop Music essence. The leader of Shinee, Onew, has a stunning voice, but his acting skills make him special. His versatility as an actor truly 'shines' through all his roles. The second oldest, Key, is also a talented actor. He pursues acting both on TV and in theatre. But moreover, he is also a skilled fashion designer and icon. Minho is known for his variety show skills as he has a very entertaining personality. He has a great sense of humour. Minho is also an actor. The youngest, Taemin, is praised for his talent as a solo performer. He has established a successful solo career. Shinee originally had five members, but their 5th member, Jonghyun, sadly passed away in December 2017.

8. The Rose

The Rose is a South Korean Indie-Rock band that debuted in 2017. After their debut, The Rose became a hot topic in South Korea, releasing hit after hit and touring worldwide. The group's leader, Woosung, also the lead vocalist, has a mesmerizing voice. He is skilled in playing an electric guitar too. Dojoon is not only the main vocalist but is also in charge of the keyboard and acoustic guitar. Although Hajoon is in sub-vocals, his drum work brings life to the group's indie rock soul. And last, Jaehyeong's skilful bass playing creates a solid foundation and complements the harmonies with his sub-vocals.

9. Winner

This quartet, formed by YG Entertainment through the survival program 'Win: Who Is Next', officially debuted on August 17, 2014. Apart from being highly talented in the singing department, the members of Winner are also good at making their music, making them one of the few K-pop groups to do so. They have always participated actively in creating their music. They also sing live very well, with mesmerizing voices and captivating performances; it's no wonder their popularity skyrocketed the way it did. Their maknae (youngest) leader, Seungyoon, has impressive song-writing skills and is a skilled guitarist. Seunghoon is loved by fans for his freestyle skills and also for his unique style of rapping. The members of Winner are also known as the variety show kings for their quick wit and sense of humour; their presence increases the viewership ratings of any show they are a part of.

10. CIX (Complete In X)

Cix is a quintet under C9 Entertainment. They are known for breaking the barriers of the typical K-pop structure and pushing themselves as far as possible. They might not be as popular as a K-pop Boy Group, but they should be. They prove this with each of their comebacks. The oldest member, Bae Jinyoung, is good-looking and has a significant presence onstage. He dances well too. The leader, BX, is a talented rapper and songwriter. He writes songs for CIX and brings a unique feel to it. Seunghun is a versatile performer; he can sing and dance well. Yonghee has a strong and emotional voice that grabs people's attention. The youngest, Hyunsuk, is energetic and has a cool rap style, and he's entertaining to watch on stage.
