As Asian Music spreads internationally, so does Japanese pop culture. Japan is the second big music industry, and some Japanese idols have debuted in K-pop.  Many new-generation idols are rising to fame at a young age. So here we have a list of some Young Japanese pop idols you would like.

1. Nako IzOne

Nako Yabuki, born in 2001, is a Japanese actress and singer. She is a member of the J-pop group HKT48 and a former member of IzOne. She joined HKT48 in 2013. Nako is a model for the Japanese fashion magazine Love Berry. She is known for her role in the movie Touch (2005). She also hosted the Tv show The Idol Band in 2022.

 

2. Hitomi AKB48

Hitomi Honda, born in 2001, is a Japanese singer and former member of the South Korean-Japanese group IzOne. In 2014, she debuted as a member of the J-pop girl group AKB48 representing Tochigi Prefecture.

 

3. Maya NiziU

Katsumura Maya, born in 2002, is a sub-vocalist of the J-pop girl group NiziU. Her fandom color is purple. Maya trained under YG Entertainment Japan and moved to Tokyo to be a trainee for one year. She is learning Korean. People often assume that Maya looks similar to Mina from TWICE.

 

4. Yuuma Yogayonara

Hashizume Yuuma, born in 2006, is a founding member of the J-pop idol group Yogayonara. This group debuted in August 2022. Yuuma, born in Tokyo, has good motor skills and enjoys playing games.

 

5. Masato Yogayonara

Kasamatsu Masato, born in 2004, is a founding member of the J-pop group Yogayonara.  Masato is a fan of 7min and enjoys listening to Music.

 

6. Atsuyuki Yogayonara

Otani Atsuyuki, born in 2005 in Kanagawa, Japan, is a member of the J-pop boy band Yogayonara.  Atsuyuki enjoys playing games and is very athletic. He doesn't like nor dislike any food.

 

7. Seitarou Yogayonara

Nakayama Seitarou, born in 2005, is a member of the Japanese pop band Yogayonara. He joined the group in 2021.  Yogayonara is a boy group launched in 2021 under Tsubasa Danshi Production. In 2022, they debuted with the single 'Winter Prince.'

 

8. Ai-Chan 

Ai-chan is only six-year-old and is getting full-idol experience. She experiences singing, dancing, meeting fans, and even hatchet-job by the media. Ai-chan is known as the 'World's youngest Idol.' She started at age four by performing in many children's songs and anime. Ai-chan has an adult fan following who watch and cheer her enthusiastically.

 

9. Shindou Amane Morfonica

Shindou Amane, born in 2004, is a Vocalist of the J-pop girl group Morfonica from the 'BanG Dream!' franchise. They debuted in 2021 with the song Daylight. Amane voices Kasuga Haruna of Lyrical Lily and Akari Tamba in the Assault Lily series. She likes to play guitar.

 

10. Takayama Aoi 

Takayama Aoi, born in 2002, was a member of the three-membered Japanese pop group DOTS, also known as Dotstokyo. They debuted in 2016 with the song 'Satellite.' She was the finalist in the television show Miss iD 2019 and won the Sun and Moon Photogenic Award.
