After the casting of Okamoto in the X-Men series film 'The Wolverine' in 2013, her acting career took off. She has since been in the TV shows 'Hannibal' and 'The Man in the High Castle' and worked in the film 'Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice,' released in 2016.

 

2. Chiaki Kuriyama

Kuriyama is most known for her work in Japanese films and television shows, but you might recognize her as Gogo Yubari from 'Kill Bill volumes 1 and 2, in which she played a strange adolescent with a penchant for murder.

 

3. Rinko Kikuchi

Kikuchi is a writer, director, and actress who has appeared in several Western and Japanese films. You might recognize her from the movie Babel,' 'The Brothers Bloom,' and 'Pacific Rim.'

Because she mainly appears in Japanese films, this actress is somewhat unknown in Hollywood. You might recognize her from the 2003 picture 'The Last Samurai.' Before she became an actress, she was a popular model, having signed with the magazine Non-no.
