With Chinese drama actors becoming household names, there have been rising stars in the industry this year given, that the pandemic and the lockdown has given a boost to the industry and the dramas have been highly appreciated. So here are some actors who are getting the love and fame worldwide, and for the right reasons and we hope they keep getting this appreciation later on too!
1. Song Wei Long (Drama- Go Ahead)
Go Ahead was a huge success, and following the success of the show, Song Wei Loang has made a name for himself in the industry and is a famous rising star. He is not only handsome but has been able to achieve great heights of success at the very young age of twenty -one.
2. Zhang Xin Cheng (Drama- Go Ahead, Skate Into Love)
One of the most renowned rising stars, he had already gained millions of fans after the release of his ice skating, sports drama, Skate into Love. He is currently busy shooting dramas continuously, but he is the most acclaimed for the portrayal of his character, He Zi Qiu, a kind-hearted, affectionate child, who moved us to tears .
3. Aaron Deng (Drama- Professional Single)
Aaron Deng is the new debutant on the list; he debuted this year and had previously participated in a survival reality show, his first drama is a sports romance drama,<span class="Apple-converted-space"> “love of Summer Night,” which was released not so long ago. 5. Xiao Zhan (Drama- The Untamed)
A trending name on the app, Weibo. He is very famous in China, and has been the talk of the town, ever since he ranked first in Asia’s Most Handsome Face. He was previously a part of a Chinese Boy band, but eventually gained more fame as an actor. His drama The Untamed was recently picked up by Netflix.
6. Patrick Shih (Drama- Someday Or One Day)
Also known as the “Nation’s Boyfriend,” he is very popular due to this resemblance to the very famous Korean actor, Park Seo Joon (recent drama – Itaewon Class). He is currently busy filming a fantasy romantic drama which goes by the name of First Love Again.
7. Zhao Yi Qin (Drama- Memory Lost)
Memory Lost was Zhao Yi Qin’s debut drama, which is of the genre, crime- thriller. He is majorly known for his role in the romantic comedy, Accidentally in Love. 2020 is a very crucial year for him as this year marks the release of four of his dramas.

The Love Equations is a college drama; he is booked for the shooting of BL Dramas, and has been gaining fame since 2017, with the BL drama, “Advance Bravely,” and has been a fan favorite ever since the release. He has experimented with all kinds of genre, and yet his fan base keeps growing.
9. Luo Yun Xi (Drama- Ashes Of Love)
Luo Yun Xi had not always dreamed of being an actor, he comes from a diverse artistic background and was previously learning ballet, due to the influence of his father, who is a dance teacher, recently he appeared in Love is Sweet, and made all the fans fall for him with his commitment to the role.

Cheng Yi’s drama, “Love and Redemption” received a lot of love worldwide, to the extent that it ranked first, in a voting portal as the favorite drama of the year, showing exactly how prominent the drama is. He has done notable work in the industry and is growing by the day.
