According to humans, dragons are part of a fantasy and a myth. But, in London, 72% of the outrageous deaths are due to these creatures.
The series is about two sides of London: The Front London, where the humans live and a mirror image called Reverse London where the dragons and dragon slayers live.
It delves into the lives of witches Ninny Spangcole and her partner Noel Niihashi.
In Front London, Ninny is part of a celebrated girl group but in Reverse London, she and Noel work for an organization called Wing Bird. Their sole aim is to protect and guard the people against the dragons. Thanks to Wing Bird, there have been no dragon attacks for over a century.
Both Ninny and Noel are to watch over Baldo Parks. Baldo has a strange connection with dragons and tends to anger them.
When the dark dragon sees Baldo, all hell breaks loose. Chaos reigns supreme and the witches have to battle not just the dragons but also protect Baldo.
The witches face more problems when Ninny’s ex-bandmate is seen in Reverse London with a commanding dragon.
The anime series is about good versus evil.
Also, will Ninny and Noel win over the dragons or will the dragons burn the witches?
The Feel-Good Part
The animation and visuals are spectacular. The sound effects and voice-over are also brilliant.
The theme of dragons and humans co-existing is an exciting concept.
The Disappointing Factor
The script is not fleshed out well because of which some of the characters do not have a back-story. Also, the time duration is less, resulting in the series being rushed. The viewer tends to lose focus.

Every manga-inspired anime has a message. This anime is about good versus evil.
There are two sides to London city. One side is where the humans live and another side is where the dragons and dragon slayers live.
The two worlds are linked through an organization called Wing Bind which safeguards the citizens from the dragons.
Part of Wing Bind, are two witches named Ninny and her partner Noel. Their job is to protect a young man called Baldo who has a bizarre rapport with dragons. His presence leads to the Dark Dragon being angry. In turn, the dragon unleashes its fury on the city and its citizens.
Both Ninny and Noel have to defend the city and protect Baldo.
They are in further trouble when Ninny’s rival from Front London comes to Reverse London with a dragon.
The series is all about whether Ninny and Noel succeed in guarding the city.
Star Power
The real star is the animation. It is very sharp and great to watch.
