Anime Digest

The story revolves around Hajime Nagumo, a high-school student who is bullied by a classmate because of his relationship with Kaori, the group’s idol. One day, suddenly, he and the rest of his class are abruptly sent to a magical realm. All of his classmates acquire great magical skills, but Hajime only gets the simple alchemical magic required for transforming solid objects, a skill commonly found in craftsmen and blacksmiths. Ultimately, during a raid in a dungeon, he gets betrayed by one of his classmates, and he falls to the bottom of the dungeon. Somehow, he survives the fall. In order to get out of the dungeon, he makes weapons of his own. He encounters the imprisoned vampire Yue along the way, and later Shea, the bunny-eared dragon Tio, and others join him. After great struggles, he gets out of there, saves his classmates, and then gets on his way to save Myuu and her mother. He is ready to fight anyone who gets in his way, even God.

The Feel-Good Part

The CGI for this season is much better as compared to the first one. It was out of this world ridiculous for the first season. Overall, if we see, this whole season is better than the first season. The soundtrack is good and catchy.

The Disappointing Factor

The show goes very fast or very slow. There is nothing in between. The show has high-level pacing issues. Things that require time to get settled are rushed sometimes. And sometimes you just get bored. Another thing is that the show doesn’t have a plot. It is straight-up nonsense.

In-Depth Analysis

Arifureta: From Commonplace to the World’s Strongest (Season 2) is yet another fantasy anime filled with action and adventure. Just like the first season, this one is also a no-brainer. You need to keep your brain aside or just lock it down while watching this anime. But this one is better than the first season. This season takes a serious note, leaving its “funny side”, so if we see it in that way, this season lacks fun. But even if both the seasons are bad and not what you were expecting, they are entertaining and amusing. If you are looking for a story, you are probably at the wrong place because it doesn’t have one. And even if we call the synopsis a story, the anime doesn’t have a plot. But it is enjoyable.

Star Power

The star cast is good as a whole. However, when we look at them individually, we see that they are not such strong characters. The voice acting was amazing.

Overall Opinion

Overall, it is a total nonsense show which is enjoyable to watch. Some people may find it unbearable, but some may find it fun. It completely depends on your taste.
